If you’re not doing this once a day, you’re missing out on big benefits! 

On average, you should be drinking AT LEAST 8-10 glasses of water a day, and on days where you’re working out, add two more glasses to that total! If you’re someone who thinks water is boring or too blah, here’s a few hacks to try at least once a day to make drinking water more enjoyable!

  1. Add fruit to your water! Doing so allows you to get a hint of fruity flavor without the extra calories and sugar!
  2. Add food coloring to your water! Making your mind “tricked” into thinking its something flavorful with a different color might just be the trick to adding more water to your daily routine
  3. Try seltzer waters or sparkling water! This tips is for my soda/pop drinkers out there who love those carbonation bubbles. Try swapping out your regular pop for a sparkling water
